Dear Jeunesse Distributors,
NxSystems, our third-party payment processor, is currently experiencing service disruptions on NxPay paycard accounts.
To maintain access to funds, Distributors with NxPay account balances less than $3,000.00 should withdraw their NxPay funds by Thursday, May 7, 2015. Distributors with NxPay account balances greater than $3,000.00 or those who are currently unable to access their funds can expect to see their funds return to their NxPay accounts shortly. After these funds become available, they can be transferred from NxPay to a bank account or an existing personal Visa or MasterCard. Instructions for transferring funds from NxPay are listed below. New paycards will be issued to Distributors in the near future.

WITHDRAW TO BANK ACCOUNT
Log in to your NxPay™ account.
Click on “Accounts” on the left hand side of your screen in the menu options.
Click on your “NxPay™ Account Number”. This is the number that starts with 6 zeroes. (e.g. 0000001234567)
Under Account Actions on Withdraw select To “Bank Account”.
From the drop down menu, select the Bank Account that you are transferring funds to.
Once you have selected the bank you want to send funds to, click on “SUBMIT”.
Enter in the amount (e.g. 100.00) you wish to transfer. Please keep in mind there is a FEE for this type of transaction. (NOTE: You must factor in the fee to your withdraw amount and the total of the two amounts together cannot exceed your available balance.) Click on “SUBMIT” to be directed to a confirmation page where the fee amount will display. If you do not know the fee amount, you can skip ahead to the confirmation page where it will be display, and then return to the previous page to calculate the transaction amount, minus the fee.
You will then be directed to the Confirmation Page. (Please read the Proof of Authorization carefully. If you agree to the Proof of Authorization, check the box next to I Agree.)
Please verify that the information on this page is correct. If you wish to initiate the transaction, click on “SUBMIT” (NOTE: If you click on Cancel you will be directed back to the previous page. If you do not wish to complete the transaction, you can click on Manage Accounts to return to your Accounts page.)
Once you have clicked on Submit, you will receive a confirmation message in green stating the transaction processed successfully. (NOTE: If there was an error in initiating the transaction, you will receive an error message in red detailing the error that occurred.)
If sucessful, the transaction will now show as Pending in your transaction history. Please see the chart below to see when you can expect to receive your funds.

Quick Transfer- Pay to a Card
The Quick Transfer function will allow you to transfer your funds from your NxPay account to an existing Visa or Mastercard (Not issued by NxPay). This function can ONLY be used to transfer to Visa or Mastercard and will not work to any other card type. Please follow the steps below to perform a Quick Transfer to your existing Visa or Mastercard.
Step One: Login to your NxPay Account and Select Quick Transfer from the menu options on the left side of your screen.
Step Two: From the Source Account drop down menu, select the NxPay Account number that you would like to transfer out of.
Step Three: In the Destination Type field, Select Pay to a Card.
Step Four: In the Card Number field, please enter your Visa or Mastercard number. Click Check Card Currency. Your card currency should now display below your card number.
Step Five: In the Expiry Date field, please enter the cards expiration date.
Step Six: In the Cardholder Name field, please enter the name as displayed on the front of the card.
Step Seven: In the Description field, enter a description of the transfer that you are making. This is what will show up on your credit card statement as the description for the transaction.
Step Eight: If you would like to send your funds in the currency of your NxPay account, select the first Radio Dial button and enter the amount that you wish to send. If you would like to send funds in a currency other than the currency of your NxPay account, please click the second radio dial button, enter the amount you wish to transfer, and then select the currency.
Step Nine: Please read through the Privacy Policy and User Agreement. You must click the check box to Agree before moving forward.
Step Nine: Click on Next button to move onto the Confirmation Page.
Step Ten: Please review the transaction details. Click Submit to submit the transaction.
If the transaction was successful, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you can review and print the details of your payment.
If the transaction was unsuccessful, you will receive an error message in red with details of the problem.
It can take up to five working days to receive your funds on your card. If you do not receive your funds after 5 working days, please contact NxPay Support to receive the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). The ARN can be used to locate the payment at the issuing bank.
