Beginning June 1, 2015, your former MonaVie account will be moved to Joffice™ (your new Jeunesse backoffice). You will then be able to immediately buy and sell Jeunesse products, including our innovative LUMINESCE™ skincare line and the wildly popular Instantly Ageless™. Your Autoship will continue and will be added to your new Joffice account.

Getting Started With Jeunesse
  1. Log in to your new Joffice™ account. For your initial login, your User ID and Password will be the same as your former MonaVie login, except your User ID will be prefixed with “MV_”.
  2. Carefully read and accept the necessary documents, including the Jeunesse Policies & Procedures.
  3. Choose your new Username. This will also serve as your unique Site URL for your personalized Jeunesse website. If you decide not to change your Username during your initial login, you will be prompted to change it each time you log in for 60 days. After 60 days, you must contact Customer Service to request a Username change.
  4. Visit your Profile page and review the following:
    • Select which leg you want to use for new enrollees under the Lock Placement section.
    • Select your language.
    • Check your user information to be sure it is correct and up-to-date.
    • Review your Autoship information.
