Pay Card Activation Instructions
Members may receive two types of Pay Cards:
a PowerCheque or a Gkard.
The following instructions work
for both of these cards. 
For a member registering a replacement Pay Card:
1. Contact Customer Service or the Help Desk and request to Deactivate the old Pay Card.
If a member is registering their initial card proceed to step two.
2. Log into the Back Office, then log into the Wallet account.
3. Click Register New Pay Card.
4. Enter the card number and fill out the form.
5. Within 48 hours you should receive an email from the NxPay company that includes a login name, password, and activation code.
6. Go to www.nxpay.com.
7. Click Activate Account.
8. Enter the login name, password, and activation code provided in the email.
9. Click Submit.
10. If for some reason a member never received an email from NxPay then they can go to www.nxpay.com, click Activate Account, and at the bottom of the screen there will be an option to resend the activation email.
